The cost of printing on most of the printers at the university is paid through your user printer account.

You can see your printer account balance on any of the computers in the computer laboratories by clicking on the small euro symbol next to the time or by looking at your user configurations.

In your first semester you are given a credit of  2 euro on your printer account. When this is used up, you will see the message “nicht mehr genug Kredit” (not enough credit) when you try to print.

You can credit money to your printer account by transferring funds from your student ID card (electronic money card) on one of the computers in the hall outside the Computer Services Department.  An unused credit balance cannot be refunded.
