Regular use of the library is free of charge. Fees are charged in the following situations:

Therefore it is important to return the books in time respectively to renew the books before the loan period runs out.

• Every library user, who is not student, professor, assistant professor or staff of the university coburg, has to pay a fee, when ordering a book from one of our branches (FH-Libraries Würzburg, Schweinfurt or Aschaffenburg) or with interlibrary loan:

An order is positiv completed, when the book is actually delivered and costs of postage have been incurred. Collecting the book from circulation desk, you have to pay 1,50 €. The lump sum for expenses must also be paid, if you do not collect the available book.
