The university library Coburg supports the university of applied science Coburg as central institution of the university in research and education by supplying members of the university with literature and informations.

Furthermore the library can be used by interested citizens for scientific purposes and personal further education.

In the library about 70.000 media can be used in the reading room or ordered from the stack. In addition articles from about 340 journals can be read, with current volumes in the reading room and older volumes in the journal stack. This offer is complemented by electronical media, like several databases (FIZ-Technik, WISO), E-Journals and E-Books.
