Selection of Program

If you do not send or receive many emails and use different computers, our Webmail program is the best choice.

If you want more options, or a program with multiple mailboxes, or expect to receive very many emails, you should select a mail program which is supported by the IMAP protocol used at the FHC.

Server Configuration for all Mail Clients

Incoming Mail Server

IMAP with SSL
(POP3 is not possible)

for WEBMAIL

with SSL

Outgoing Mail Server

computer at the FH

The standard port 25 is blocked.  Many servers provide the client port 587
