Brief description of the course

Conflicts are part of everyday working life in organizations. The aim of the certificate course is to enable participants to recognize conflicts at an early stage, understand their dynamics and advise conflicting parties professionally and in a solution-oriented manner. The focus is on practical skills for de-escalation and structured support in conflict processes.
As part of the course, participants acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant legal principles, typical procedures and central models of conflict theory. They also learn about methods of conducting discussions, mediation and negotiation techniques. The content is taught and applied in a practical manner through case analysis, exercises and reflection.

Target group

The certificate is aimed at junior managers, executives, change agents or people working in consulting who are confronted with conflicts in their day-to-day work.

The course starts with a minimum of 10 participants.
