Presidential Staff Unit Fundraising & Sponsoring

The Fundraising & Sponsoring department supports Coburg University of Applied Sciences in the strategic development and expansion of partnerships with private and institutional sponsors. The aim is to gain additional financial resources, benefits in kind and non-material support for projects in teaching, research, transfer and campus life.

Through targeted fundraising and professional sponsoring, we create links between the university, the regional economy, foundations, alumni and committed individuals. In this way, we help to realize innovative projects that would not be possible without additional funding.

The tasks include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential funding partners

  • Development of individual sponsoring concepts for events and university projects

  • Maintaining funding relationships and expanding sustainable partnerships

  • Support for fundraising campaigns, funding initiatives and foundation issues

The staff unit works closely with the faculties, the university management and external partners to jointly shape perspectives for sustainable university development.
