Starting College Together—Welcome to the School of Design + Construction!
With ARRIVAL We would like to help all new students in the bachelor’s degree programs get off to a great start in their studies at Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts. The goal is to make the transition to college easier, help students make their first connections, get to know the faculty and the campus, and feel like part of the Faculty of Design + Building right from the start. A special part of ARRIVAL is the active involvement of upperclassmen. They assist with individual program activities, present their own projects, share their experiences, and help freshmen get started in their studies. This fosters an initial exchange between the different class years right from the start of their studies—and thus lays the foundation for a vibrant faculty community.
anCOmmen is intended for the following bachelor's degree programs
- Architecture
- Farm Maintenance and Traditional Construction Techniques
- Civil Engineering (General Civil Engineering and Energy-Efficient Building Design)
- Interior Design
- Integrated Product Design
