Research and teaching
The Coburg University of Applied Sciences stands for application-oriented research with a clear practical focus. The aim is to further develop findings from basic research in a targeted manner and make them usable for specific challenges in business and society.
At the heart of this work are the state-of-the-art laboratories. They offer scientists optimal conditions to develop innovative solutions, test new technologies and scientifically work on practical issues.
Students also benefit from this research-oriented environment: in the laboratories, they have the opportunity to transfer theoretical knowledge directly into practice. They work with the latest technology, carry out experiments and deal with real tasks from industry and business. This creates a learning environment that strengthens professional competence, problem-solving skills and practical understanding in equal measure.
